Between what we eat and what we know, there are still emotions. Anger, joy, fatigue, thirst… any change may make you want to stretch your hand towards food. Food has a number of different functions in our lives. We celebrate success with food, we use it for comfort, pleasure, it can serve as a defense mechanism or build identity. Less and less, especially in developed countries, it is used to provide the nutrition components necessary for survival. You will learn how to recognize when food is a problem. We will show you a set of exercises that you can use when stress requires you to eat. In addition, we will provide replacements with which you can trick your head.
